Brandon Holland joins the JWilliams Staffing Multi-Family division with 8 years in the service and hospitality industries. Brandon’s experience includes his role as Core Trainer and Lead for the Walt Disney Company, where he trained others on how to train their employees and assisted in the launch of several new restaurants, focusing on customer service & a strong attention to detail. This background lends itself to Brandon’s deep understanding of what it takes to exceed client expectations. In addition to his business and marketing studies and graduating from the Disney College Program, he also received Disney’s degrees in Corporate Communication and Hospitality.
Brandon gained invaluable experience as well as a passion for relationship building during his time spent in the hospitality industry. He is now is excited to apply his knowledge to assisting JWS’s Property Management clients with their staffing needs and to launch the careers of Multi-Family industry professionals. Brandon is hardworking, motivated, and is excited to grow within this industry where he finds his experience setting up businesses for success directly applied. This passion drives Brandon’s commitment and ability to finding the perfect staffing solutions for both JWilliams Staffing’s clients and candidates.
