Nathalie Lambert Badguerahanian is the Managing Partner at EMA Partners France, a position held since January 2015, following the integration of NLB Conseil into EMA Partners International, which features a global network of 40 offices aimed at facilitating international client development. Before this role, Nathalie founded NLB Conseil Executive Search & Talent Management in January 2009, focusing on the recruitment, assessment, and development of executives in sectors such as Cosmetics & Luxury, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, and Industry. Prior experience includes serving as Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, Director of Communications for L'Oréal Paris, and Marketing Director for La Roche Posay. Nathalie began their career at The SEARLE Company Ltd. as a Product Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from ESSEC Business School and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Université Paris Cité, specializing in Industry.
