Sharon Procopio, P.E., is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering design across various sectors, including municipal, educational, commercial, and residential projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at JVA since May 2017, Sharon specializes in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from planning through construction. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at JVA, Owner/Engineering Consultant at Illumina Design LLC, and Commercial Energy Program Administrator for the City and County of Denver. Sharon's expertise encompasses climate action initiatives, water conservation, hydrology, and environmental program implementation, supported by a Master of Public Administration from Columbia SIPA and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Florida.
