Durar Lafi serves as MEP Project Director at Specon Group since 2006, with a focus on building strong client relationships and overseeing the entire project life cycle from master planning to closeout. Notable projects include the "Jewel of the Creek," a substantial multi-use development, and the 60-floor mixed-use building by Daman. Prior to Specon Group, Durar was Senior MEP Coordinator at BIC Contracting, contributing to the Bur Juman Mall Center Expansion Project. Earlier experience includes roles as Electrical Project Engineer at Tenhad General Maintenance and Sensair Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, managing electrical installations and commissioning for various projects. Durar holds a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ajman University.
