Lucy Glynn is an experienced professional in retail buying management, currently serving as Senior Buying Manager for Grocery and Non-Food at Zapp since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy was Buying Manager for International Foods at Asda from April 2022 to September 2023, where responsibility included managing a £280 million annual category and achieving significant growth through strategic supplier contracts and innovative product offerings. Before Asda, Lucy worked at Morrisons, initially as Assistant Company Secretary and later as Buying Manager for Dairy, focusing on supply chain efficiencies. Lucy began career development in a Management Trainee program at Morrisons, gaining diverse experience across business functions while earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford.
