Larry Montgomery Sr. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Carrier Sales and Marketing at Etex Telephone Cooperative since September 1998. Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies to enhance market penetration and achieving sales objectives. Previous roles at Etex include Internet/Video Technician, Central Office Technician, and Customer Service Representative/Internet Support, where key contributions involved IPTV deployment and maintaining telecommunications equipment. In addition to their corporate career, Larry Montgomery Sr. is an active member of the Board of Directors at Texas Lone Star Network LLC and serves as the Founder of the 4SAM Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to honoring their late mother. Larry is also a School Board Member for Gilmer Independent School District since December 2019. Educational background includes studies at Kilgore College and Gilmer ISD.
