Eric Hicks has experience as a Software Engineer at Juni Learning since 2020. Prior to that, they worked independently from 2018 to 2020, where they designed, implemented, and maintained open-source software projects and gained new skills such as React, Spring Boot, and Redis. From 2012 to 2018, Eric worked as a Software Developer at Forge-Tech, Inc., where they reduced patch delivery time, created a web-based tool for monitoring school districts, and built a free-and-reduced-lunch signup workflow.

Eric Hicks obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Systems & Technology from Raritan Valley Community College in 2010. Eric also holds additional certifications, including being a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Engineer from Triplebyte, which they obtained in August 2020, and an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle, which they obtained in January 2013.
