Srikanta NS has a work experience of over 13 years, starting in 2007 as a software developer at HayaSoft. Srikanta then joined viincrews it solutions as a senior software engineer in 2009 and worked there until 2010. After that, they moved to Excelsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a senior software developer and is currently employed there.

Srikanta NS obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Science/Studies from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Srikanta pursued this degree from 2002 to 2006.
