Nicole Pino has over 6 years of work experience in customer success and management. In 2018, they began working at Jungo as a Success Team Lead, where they led a team of On-boarding Specialists to improve client training, and implemented new procedures to improve efficiency. Nicole also held roles as a Tier 1 Customer Success Representative and Customer Success Representative. Prior to Jungo, Nicole worked at Agentology Inc. as a Client Success Advisor from 2017, where they were responsible for on-boarding clients, connecting their CRM and leads to the database, and managed customer accounts through Salesforce. From 2014 to 2017, Nicole worked at GoWireless, Inc. as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Wireless Consultant. As Store Manager, they ran the store efficiently by completing daily operations such as transfers, updating daily goals, and driving traffic. As Assistant Store Manager, they worked closely with the Store Manager to coach staff, ensure goals were met, and be a top salesman monthly.
