Erika Saez is a Human Resources Manager at Jungheinrich Chile since November 2022, with extensive experience in organizational development and personnel selection. Previously, at Disal Chile from May 2015 to April 2022, Erika led the implementation of corporate values and managed a high volume of recruitment processes, averaging 100 searches monthly for various roles across the country. Earlier roles include Sub Gerente Corporativo de Desarrollo Organizacional at Disal S.A. and Jefe de Seleccion y DO at Compass Group, where Erika established key HR policies and improved personnel satisfaction and selection processes. Erika holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and has pursued additional education in humanistic coaching and HR management from various institutions.
