Andrea Luna Zenteno has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrea began their career as a Junior HR Generalist at Hospital Naval Buenos Aires in 1993 and worked in that role until 1996. Andrea then moved on to Lloyds TSB Bank plc where they worked as a HR Generalist from 1997 to 2002.

In 2003, Andrea joined Citi as an HR Business Partner and Labor Relations Specialist and remained with the company until 2016. During their time at Citi, they gained extensive experience in HR and labor relations.

After leaving Citi, Andrea joined Teleperformance España in 2018 as a Senior HR and Labor Relations Head. Andrea contributed to the company's HR operations for over a year before transitioning to a new role.

In 2019, Andrea joined Paack, a logistics start-up, as a Senior People Operations Manager. Andrea played a key role in supporting the company's growth across five countries and working with top international retailers. In January 2022, Andrea was promoted to the role of Labor Relations & South Europe Country People Head at Paack, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Andrea Luna Zenteno has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended UADE Business School and studied law, specifically focusing on the Faculty of Juridical and Social Sciences. Andrea earned their degree in law in 1998. Andrea then pursued further education at the University of Buenos Aires, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from 1998 to 2002. Continuing their studies at the same institution, they completed a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from 2002 to 2004. Andrea also attended the Universitat de Barcelona and received a Diploma in Labor Relations from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, they enrolled in the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and completed a Master's degree specializing in Ergonomics and Psychosocial Diseases. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Higher Technician certificate in Gender Equality in the Business field from the Euroinnova International Online Education. Moving forward to 2015, Andrea pursued a specialization in Labor Relations and Quality of Work Life at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2015 to 2016. Finally, in 2017, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from IMF Smart Education. Andrea's most recent educational endeavor involved attending the IESE Business School, where they earned a certificate in Keys for People Management, although the specific timing remains unspecified.
