Saif Shaik has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and customer service. Saif recently worked at JumpCloud as a Technical Partner Support Engineer - Tier II. Prior to that, Saif worked at Milestone Technologies, Inc. as part of the Information Technology Service Desk for Uber. Saif also gained experience at IBM as a Technical Support Associate for Maersk and at Amazon as a Virtual Customer Technical Support Associate. Saif has consistently built their expertise in technical support and customer service throughout their career.
Saif Shaik completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Vidya Jyothi Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Narayana Junior College in India from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued their Intermediate 10+2 degree with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
In addition to their educational background, Saif Shaik has obtained several certifications. They include the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft, both obtained in May 2022. Saif also holds a Remote Pilot Certificate for Drones from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in India, achieved in December 2022. Other certifications include Certified in Cybersecurity from (ISC)², CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud, Certified Level 1 Duo Administrator, Duo Device Trust Certification, and Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator, all from Duo Security, and an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Certified Associate from Oracle, obtained in January 2022. Saif Shaik has also indicated their intent to become an (ISC)² candidate and is planning to pursue this certification in September 2022.
