Sri Adhityo currently serves as the Head of People & Corporate Affairs at JULO since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sri held positions including Head of People & Culture at PasarPolis and Senior Vice President - Head of Human Resources at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. Sri has extensive experience in human resources across various industries, having led HR teams at Bizzy Indonesia, General Motors, Novartis, MSD Indonesia, and Altus Logistics. With a strong foundation in HR strategy formulation and implementation, Sri has focused on aligning HR functions with business goals, talent development, and creating high-performance cultures. Sri’s educational background includes a Business Management program at the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Airlangga University.
