Rebecca Dunne has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecca began their career at Emmanuel's Marketplace in 1996, where they served as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing daily HR operations, conducting performance reviews, and providing advice and counsel to employees and managers on HR matters. In 2006, Rebecca joined Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union as an HR Benefits Administrator, where they administered employee health benefit programs, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and interpreted and applied laws as needed. Rebecca then transitioned to the role of Payroll Specialist at Hudson Valley, where they managed and generated accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll, processed complex payroll calculations, and implemented payroll changes. In 2011, Rebecca briefly served as the Acting Employee Relations Manager at Hudson Valley, where they were responsible for evaluating, developing, modifying, and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations and statutes.
Rebecca Dunne received their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY New Paltz in 2005.
