Marc San Juan has a extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Marc started their career in 2002 at Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. as a Marketing Officer. Marc then worked at the University of Asia and the Pacific as an Executive Assistant to the Dean of School of Management/Faculty. In 2005, they joined Max's Group Inc. where they held various positions including Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director for Pancake House, Dencio's, and Maple. Marc also served as a Senior Marketing Manager International, overseeing marketing plans for Max's Group Inc. brands outside of the Philippines. In 2018, they joined UNIDO Holdings as a Marketing Director for the Food Group, where they played a key role in launching Popeyes Philippines and introducing new category in Kuya J. Marc then worked at Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. as a Marketing Director before joining Julie's Bakeshop as the National Marketing Head and currently serving as the Marketing Director.

From 1996 to 2001, Marc San Juan attended the University of Asia and the Pacific. Marc pursued a Master of Science in Management, focusing on the field of study in Management.
