Guilherme Routar is a seasoned professional in data science and security, currently serving as the Lead Research Data Scientist at Jscrambler since April 2019, where Guilherme leads the R&D team on various projects. Previously, as a Data Scientist at Jscrambler, Guilherme focused on identifying security threats through the analysis of extensive web data and collaborated with engineering teams to enhance data collection and processing techniques. Guilherme also gained experience as a Data Scientist intern at Sonae, where a machine learning approach was implemented to identify divergent transactions in the self-scanning system. Guilherme holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, earned between 2012 and 2019.
