Shubhra Bhardwaj has diverse work experience across various companies. Shubhra worked at VSolvit as a Business Data Analyst 3, where they were responsible for developing a platform for Project Managers and Executives to analyze project statistics. Shubhra also designed financial and IPR reports using JAMIS ERP systems and integrated APIs with Power BI to create dynamic reports. Additionally, they designed database structures using PL/SQL. Prior to this, they worked at California Lutheran University as a Graduate Student Assistant, where they deciphered programs related to Data Structure and Algorithms and designed ERD models for Data Management. Shubhra also assisted in communication and presentations for the department. Shubhra previously worked at Capgemini as an Associate Consultant, where they supported and developed projects for Royal Mail Group. Shubhra collaborated closely with clients on service transition and migration of applications, and created and modified various database procedures and functions. Shubhra also gained experience at Rockwell Automation as an Intern, where they designed SCADA screens and tested machine efficiency using SCADA.

Shubhra Bhardwaj pursued their Master of Science degree in Information Technology from California Lutheran University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amity University Noida, spanning from 2011 to 2015. Shubhra's education history also includes their time at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 2003 to 2010, although their degree name and field of study for this period are not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Shubhra has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
