Neha Shukla is a Customer Success Specialist at JoVE since March 2022, having previously held positions as a Team Coach and Editorial Assistant at Springer Nature from November 2020 to March 2022 and July 2019 to November 2020, respectively. Neha's early career includes internship roles at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd and the National Institute of Oceanography in 2018. Neha holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between June 2017 and July 2019, and an undergraduate degree from Fergusson College from 2014 to 2017.
