Rich is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Jones Edmunds Quality Program. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has successfully managed a multitude of projects with differing delivery methods (design-bid-build, CM at-risk, and design-build) from proposal development, planning studies, permitting, and design through to construction support. Rich has worked extensively in the aerospace industry for NASA, Space Florida, and private companies. He has successfully completed a wide variety of projects involving new and renovated buildings, launch pad facilities, flight hardware processing facilities, solid waste transfer stations, water and sanitary sewer utilities, roadways, land development, and stormwater management. He works closely with clients, being proactive and highly responsive and preparing high-quality work. He is honored to serve America’s space program.
