Gabriel Mesquita Guimarães is a Rig Maintenance Supervisor at Etesco Construções E Comércio Ltda, with extensive experience in overseeing maintenance departments and managing maintenance plans, personnel, and resources for the drilling vessel NS-38. Since November 2016, Gabriel has led multidisciplinary teams, ensured compliance with QSMS policies and contract standards, and implemented strategic maintenance initiatives. Gabriel's notable projects include leading a ten-year dry dock project and developing robust processes for equipment inspection control. Prior roles include Engineer of Maintenance and Onboard Engineer, focusing on equipment management, contractor supervision, and safety compliance. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Technical degree in Mechanical Maintenance from IFF, and has gained prior internship experience at Petrobras.
