Previously, Grason held the position of Associate Director of Global Consulting Solutions at Joint Commission Resources, driving the development of new solutions and contributing to a three-year strategic plan. Grason's experience spans consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting and The Claro Group, specializing in management and revenue cycle consulting for large healthcare systems. Grason is certified in various EPIC systems and has also held positions at Methodist Hospitals as an EPIC trainer and as Student Body President at Indiana University Kokomo. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from Indiana University Kokomo and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Indiana University.
