Jake Hinkle is an experienced industrial designer and freelance designer with a diverse background in graphic design, product design, and design consulting. Currently serving as an industrial designer at Johnson Outdoors since February 2016, Jake also operates as a self-employed freelance designer since August 2004. Previous roles include product designer and engineer at Phillips Engineering and part owner, lead product designer, and engineer at Tactical Firearms Solutions. Additional experience includes working as a UX designer at User Insight and a gunsmith and product designer at Lakeside Guns. Jake Hinkle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial and Product Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
