Jag Bhachu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology services, currently serving as Director of Technology Services at Johnson & Johnson since July 2003. In this role, Jag is responsible for product management of the enterprise ITSM Service Portal, Catalog, and Data, overseeing ITSM practices such as Configuration Management and Service Portfolio Management. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson include Senior IT Manager and IT Manager, where Jag achieved significant operational improvements, led Agile and SAFe adoption, and initiated cost-saving measures.
