Ian McCarty is an experienced professional in the combustion and manufacturing industries, currently working as an Inspector for John Zink Hamworthy Combustion since April 2019. In this role, Ian acts as a trusted advisor, providing technical reports to customers in refineries, petrochemical plants, and gas plants, while conducting site inspections and maintaining customer relationships. Prior to this position, Ian held various roles at AAON, Inc., including Sr. Code Welder, Lead, Production Supervisor, Mechanical Design Engineer, and Quality Team Lead/Welder, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. Ian's background also includes experience as a Welder at Sulzer. Ian holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulsa Community College and a degree in Welding Technology from Oklahoma Technical College.
