Arvind Kumar possesses extensive experience in customer relations and team management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tata Power-DDL since July 2014. Prior to this role, Arvind held multiple positions at North Delhi Power Limited from November 2004 to June 2014, including Assistant Manager, Executive Meter Management Group, and Consumer Relations Officer. Key responsibilities have included overseeing customer care teams, analyzing consumer behavior, managing service mechanisms, and conducting monthly meetings with consumer representatives.
