Rohan Fernandopulle is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the culinary and hotel management sectors. As the General Manager of Cinnamon Lakeside since April 2019, Rohan has driven the establishment's success as a leading hospitality destination through a strategic focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Previously, as Group Chief Operating Officer at GFH Management Company and General Manager at Waters Edge, Rohan achieved significant financial growth, including doubling total revenue over four years. Rohan's culinary expertise stems from a long tenure at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where Rohan progressed through numerous positions to become Executive Chef, managing large teams and overseeing diverse food and beverage outlets in a major international chain hotel. Rohan holds an MBA in International Business Administration from Mahathma Gandhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Peradeniya, supplemented by training at SLITHM.
