Lisa Boyd is a Co-Head of ESG Practice at Joele Frank, with extensive experience in sustainability and stakeholder engagement. Prior to their current role, Lisa held various positions at Target, including Senior Director of Sustainability, where Lisa developed company sustainability strategies and led teams to drive results at the intersection of business, people, and planet. Lisa's expertise also includes community relations, communications, and reputation management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota.
