Jonathan Cohen's work experience includes co-founding and being the CEO at JOCO since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SIRL from May 2018 to November 2020, where they held the role of SVP of Business Development. Before that, Cohen was with Jaguar Land Rover from September 2011 to December 2016, initially as a Product Development Engineer through their graduate scheme, and later as a Senior Product Development Engineer and Team Leader. During their time at Jaguar Land Rover, they received recognition for their contributions with the Vehicle Engineering Director's Technical Excellence Award.

Jonathan Cohen earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, U. of London from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Columbia Business School from 2017 to 2018.
