Kyle Beaird has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Flight Test Engineer at Joby Aviation. Prior to that, they worked as a Flight Test Engineering Intern at the same company. Kyle also gained experience as a Rolls-Royce RB211 Engineering Intern at StandardAero. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Counselor, Watersports Instructor, and Lifeguard at Kennolyn Camps.

Kyle Beaird attended Churchill High School from 2014 to 2018. Kyle did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study at this institution. Following their high school graduation, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2022.
