Travis Lee has been working in customer success roles since 2012. Travis began their career at OrgSync as Manager, Customer Support, then moved to Campus Labs in 2016 as Manager, Customer Support - OrgSync. Most recently, they joined JobTread Software in 2021 as Director of Customer Success.

Travis Lee received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
