Prior experience includes a progressive role at Sorokasoft India Private Limited, where Swathi advanced from HR Intern to Senior Manager, overseeing divisions such as Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, and Project Management. Swathi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering & Technology.
