Barbara Leuty currently serves as the Preconstruction Administrator at Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., a position held since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing insurance and bonding requirements for clients during the preconstruction phase to ensure compliance and timely project initiation. Prior to this role, Barbara worked as an Eligibility Worker II at the Mendocino County Department of Social Services from August 2005 to September 2007, and as an Admissions & Records Specialist II at Mendocino Community College from January 1998 to May 2003. Barbara holds an Associate's Degree in Sociology and Business Management from Mendocino College.
