Iman Balubaid is a skilled professional with extensive experience in cost budgeting and control, currently serving as the Manager of Cost Budgeting and Control at ROSHN since March 2023. Prior roles include Cost Control Engineer at Group AMANA and Planning & Cost Control Engineer at Creet International Contracting Co. Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, project expenditure monitoring, and invoice verification. Iman has also worked as a BIM Architect at Freyssinet Saudi Arabia and as an Architect at Nawaf Attar Engineering Consultants and Yasser Hejazy Consultants, contributing to numerous significant projects, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs North Building and multiple Al-Baik restaurant locations. Iman holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Business & Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Effat University.
