Neil Fink is a seasoned management consultant and executive search expert with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. As Managing Partner at Neil Fink Associates since 2010 and Principal at Sycamore and Company since February 2011, Neil has specialized in management consulting areas such as strategic planning, onboarding, labor relations, and executive coaching. In addition to these roles, Neil has served on various advisory boards, including EAT.tv and MaximumTV, and holds positions on the Steering Committee of BLC/SFJF and the Board of Directors for the Jewish Film Institute. Previously, Neil was the Global Media, Entertainment, Technology Practice Lead and Managing Partner for Western US at Gundersen Partners from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing the entertainment, media, and technology sectors.
