Oleksandra Didukh is an experienced project manager with extensive expertise in managing project lifecycles, team leadership, and client communication. Currently serving as the Head of Engagement Department and Project Manager at JetSoftPro since September 2020, Oleksandra excels in requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. Previous roles include project management positions at TROOPS.FR and Smart Gamma, where Oleksandra led remote teams and implemented Agile methodologies. Additional experience includes customer service project management at Drudesk and project specialization at Nestlé, focusing on business process improvement and financial tools implementation. Oleksandra holds a Master's degree in Finance from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, obtained in 2011.
