Emma Stevenson is the Head of Customer Experience at JET PRESS Limited, where Emma has been working since May 2005. Emma also held the titles of Head of Account Management and Customer Service Manager within the same company. Prior to JET PRESS Limited, Emma worked as the Manager of Sales at Components Direct from April 2020 to January 2021. Emma started their career as a Licensing Administrator at SAMUEL EDEN & SON LIMITED, where Emma worked from September 2000 to May 2005. Emma obtained a Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2009, and a Certificate in Marketing in 2008 from the same institute. Emma attended Quarrydale Comprehensive from 1994 to 1999.
