Vassilis Tourtouropoulos serves as the Global Senior Director of Experience Optimization at Jellyfish since March 2012, leading the development of transformative agency products and overseeing Experience Optimization teams worldwide. With a strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX), Vassilis has previously held significant roles including Director of Data & Analytics and Director of Conversion Optimization at Jellyfish, where expertise in machine learning, cross-channel optimization strategies, and training expansive teams has been demonstrated. Prior experience includes roles at Money Gap Group, Babel Media, and other firms, focusing on user behavior analysis and front-end web development. Vassilis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex and additional degrees in International Business Management and Molecular Biology.
