Rex Santos has extensive experience as a Director of Customer Service. Rex started their career in 1999 at Autodata Solutions, where they oversaw all Customer Service and Technical Support operations. During their time there, they helped support over 1 million vehicle proposals and orders and received recognition for the team's service excellence. In 2014, Rex joined Chrome Data Solutions as a Director of Customer Service, and in 2017, they moved to Unity Works in the same role. Currently, they are working as the Director of Customer Service at J.D. Power, starting in 2021.
