Kristin Rademacher is an experienced senior designer with a strong background in knitwear and apparel design, currently serving in the role at JCPenney since October 2018. Prior to this position, Kristin held senior designer roles at Guru Knits, Unger Fabrik LLC, and Sanctuary Clothing, specializing in cut and sew knit product collections and achieving significant profit growth. Previous experience includes designing for notable brands such as Avalon Apparel and Kellwood Company, along with early roles at Columbia Sportswear and Chicos FAS. Kristin Rademacher holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from The Art Institutes and a B.S. in Applied Biology from Ferris State University.
