Felix Wenz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Felix started their career as an apprentice at Vereinigte Spezialmöbelfabriken GmbH & Co.KG from August 2000 to August 2003. Felix then worked as an intern at Peter Ruppel from June 2006 to September 2006, followed by an internship at Michael Weinig Inc. from January 2007 to March 2007. Felix also interned at Lignum Consulting from September 2007 to March 2008.
In 2007, Felix joined JBI Interiors where they held various roles and showed progressive growth. Felix initially worked as a Production Manager, implementing workflow realignment and reorganization in the production facility II. Felix optimized product flow, developed performance measurement tools, and implemented manual scheduling in preparation for ERP implementation. Felix also carried out general management duties like training and hiring during this time.
After their tenure as a Production Manager, Felix took on the role of ERP Engineer/Analyst, where they played a key role in preparing and implementing the first ERP system in the organization. Felix trained staff, developed product matrices and part number conventions, and ensured a smooth implementation process. Additionally, Felix served as a LEED Associate during this time.
In September 2011, Felix became an Integration Manager at JBI Interiors. Felix managed the integration of an ERP system (Epicor) into existing processes, software programs, and departments. Felix developed interfaces between software systems and designed training methods for staff at different levels, executing the training during implementation. Felix held this position until August 2014.
Following their role as an Integration Manager, Felix took on the position of Engineering Manager at JBI Interiors. Felix was responsible for managing the Engineering Department, which included Project Engineers, Product Engineers, and Development Engineers. Felix focused on value and re-engineering of existing and new products. Felix held this position from August 2014 to January 2016.
Lastly, Felix worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at JBI Interiors starting from January 2016. No end date is provided for this role.
Felix Wenz pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 2003 at Berufskolleg Tauberbischofsheim, where they obtained their A-Level Degree with a focus on Technical subjects.
