Gwenaelle THEBAULT is an experienced professional in the fields of infrastructure, security, and environmental risk management. Currently serving as Chef de service at Département de l'Ardèche since December 2020, responsibilities include overseeing the Secrétariat Général DGA-Infrastructures and coordinating strategic functions related to budgeting and financial engineering. Previously, at Préfecture de l'Ardèche, Gwenaelle THEBAULT created and led the service des sécurités and served as Cheffe du SIDPC, managing crisis situations and various commissions. Additional experience includes roles at Ville de Fos-sur-Mer, Davidson Consulting, BURGEAP, and a relevant internship in Peru, complemented by degrees in sustainable development and industrial risk management from Ecole des Mines d'Alès and INSA Lyon.
