R. Galloway has a strong background in human resources and administration. From 2019 to present, Galloway has been working as a Human Resources Manager at JB Management, Inc. Here, they develop and administer HR plans and procedures for the company, provide an HR presence for employees, and oversee all department activities.

Galloway's earliest recorded work experience was at Beacon Consulting Group, where they served as an Office Manager from 1998 to 2001. In this role, they managed bookkeeping tasks, prepared financial reports, and handled administrative operations.
R. Galloway obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Northern Virginia Community College in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at the University of Phoenix.
