Jeremy Lay has over two decades of experience in law enforcement and business, currently serving as Detective Sergeant at Jasper City Police Department since 2013 and as a Business Owner at Lay ATM Services, LLC since January 2014. Prior roles include Chief Investigator at Fayette Sheriff's Office from February 2005 to January 2013, Patrolman at Carbon Hill Police from January 2004 to February 2005, and Corporal at Parrish Police from March 2001 to January 2004. Jeremy Lay holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Troy University, an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, and Law Enforcement Certification from APOSTC Academy. Educational background also includes completing high school at Hubbertville High School.
