Keaton DeRocher has extensive work experience in the logistics and engineering fields. Keaton is currently working at JAS Worldwide as the Global Head of Technical Engineering, a role they assumed in October 2023. Prior to this, they had been with JAS Worldwide as a Logistics Process Engineer from May 2021 to October 2023.
Before joining JAS Worldwide, Keaton was a Data and Analytics Consultant at Aptitive from December 2019 to May 2021. Keaton also worked at Neovia Logistics as a Solutions Design Engineer III from January 2019 to December 2019, where they were involved in analyzing SKU data, conducting inventory cubing analysis, and providing engineering support.
Earlier in their career, Keaton worked at DSC Logistics as a Senior Industrial Engineer of Existing Operations from April 2017 to January 2019, and as an Industrial Engineer from September 2014 to April 2017. Keaton was responsible for providing analysis and engineering expertise, as well as recommending improvements in logistics centers.
Keaton also has experience as a Field Industrial Engineer at Lowe's Home Improvement from June 2012 to August 2014, and as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at The Strainrite Companies from June 2010 to June 2012. Keaton has also worked as a Work Flow and Ergonomics consultant at Smith & Wesson from August 2010 to December 2011.
Keaton DeRocher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western New England University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Edward Little High School, earning a diploma in General Studies with a concentration in math and science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Keaton has also acquired certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2016 and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Juran Global in 2013.
