Charlene Cartwright is an experienced bilingual educator currently serving as a 3rd Grade Bilingual Teacher at Jarrell ISD since August 2021. With a robust background in teaching, Charlene has also been providing language instruction through Outschool and VIPKID since 2017. Previous roles include Dual Language 2nd Grade Teacher at Hutto Independent School District and Dual Language Third Grade Teacher at Pflugerville ISD, where significant academic progress was achieved for diverse learners. Charlene holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, and Spanish from California State University, Chico, and has pursued additional studies in Spanish Language and Culture at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
