Marcus Tan is an experienced professional in the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as the Head of Modernisation Sales at Jardine Schindler Group since December 2017, where responsibilities include managing service operations and ensuring client satisfaction in Kuala Lumpur. Previously, Marcus held various roles at Otis Elevator Co. from July 2008 to November 2017, including Major Project Manager overseeing the MRT SBK line project and Branch Manager for the Southern region, handling diverse responsibilities in service sales, equipment installation, and project management. Marcus also worked as a Senior Sales Engineer, focusing on portfolio management and operational performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and a program at INSEAD in 2020.
