Thomas Mak, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas started their career in 2005 as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Pacific Coffee Company Limited, initially as an Assistant Business Development Manager and later as a Business Development Manager. In 2011, they briefly served as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel before joining Cafe Deco Group as the Director of Business Development and Supply Chain, a role they held from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, Mak became the CEO of Whole Team Group. Thomas then joined The Food Story Hong Kong Limited as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Procurement in 2019, and later became the General Manager of Operations & Supply Chain. Their most recent position is with Jardine Restaurant Group, where they have held several roles since 2020. Currently, they serve as the Group Supply Chain Management and Sustainability Director, overseeing supply chain management for multiple regions.
Thomas Mak, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended La Salle College from 1995 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Certified Public Accountant from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2010 and completed various programs and courses related to customer-centric growth, brewing, sensory foundation, and wine and spirit education.
