Michal Rosenn serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at a company since April 2024, while also teaching a JD and LLM course on Tech & Venture Capital Law at Columbia Law School. As an Executive Board Member of TechGC since 2016, Rosenn engages with a community of high-growth General Counsel to navigate complex regulatory and geopolitical challenges. Rosenn is a member of the New York State Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights since 2020, and previously served as General Counsel and Advisor to the Board of Directors at Noom until May 2023. Past roles include General Counsel at Expa, General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel at Kickstarter, and Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters and Psychology from New York University.
