Charity Huff is an experienced executive and entrepreneur serving as the CEO of January Spring, a digital marketing agency since September 2017, and as Managing Partner at Maroon Ventures since June 2007. Charity holds board positions with Questor Corp, EnVision - Daily Visualization, and Swift Communications, contributing expertise to various organizations. In addition to leadership roles, Charity is active in promoting women's representation in leadership as Vice Chair of the Women’s Leadership Foundation and as Chairman of the Family to Family Support Network. An advisor for Recruiting Innovation and formerly on the Board of Directors for the Specialized Information Publishers Association, Charity's background includes an MBA in Operations Management from Regis University and a BA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Washington State University.
