April Heether has over twenty-eight years of work experience in account management and sales. In 1994, they began their career as an Account Executive for Fredric's Corporation for AVEDA, where they sold environmental health and beauty products to salons, day spas and dermatologists in a multi-county territory in Ohio. April increased the account base by 130% through new acquisitions. In 1997, they moved to Dermalogica as a Territory Manager, where they sold a prestigious line of skin care products to high end salons, spas, plastic surgeons and dermatologists in a large multi-state territory including Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania. April increased the account base 200%. In 2011, they joined Winston Retail Solutions as a Merchandising Coordinator/Account Executive, where they worked on retail presentation and marketing for fashion, image and lifestyle brands such as Puma, Oakley, Ralph Lauren and Lucky. April organized and ran Puma sponsored events during the Women’s World Cup games and was responsible for completion of detail store visit reports and monthly meetings with upper management. In 2012, they moved to State Farm Insurance in Dayton, Ohio as a Multiple-Line Sales Executive, where they were responsible for new customer acquisitions in the property, casualty and life lines of business. April led new business development and marketing efforts, which expanded the customer base 30% in the first three months open. In 2013, they joined ExactCare as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for a leading pharmacy provider that specializes in the management of home-based patients requiring multiple medications. In 2022, they joined Jan Marini Skin Research as an Account Development Manager, where they were responsible for transforming skin, business and life.
April Heether has a degree in Business Management from The Ohio State University, and has studied Business and Marketing at Wright State University.
